The Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA) is a renowned organisation of professional pastry and culinary schools in Asia which started in Malaysia in 2010.
We incorporate state-of-the-art equipment and innovative techniques into our curriculum to teach the arts, sciences, and methods required to excel in the food industry. We take pride in offering a remarkable 1:12* chef-to-student ratio, ensuring each student receives ample one-on-one attention.

We also offer personal instruction and hands-on training from world-class chef instructors in a professional setting. The visiting faculty comprises a large number of Master Chefs, including MOF recipients, World Champions, Master Chocolatiers, and Master Bakers.
