Your kids will get the experience of cooking in a real professional environment inside our kitchen. Our championship-winning chefs will teach them some topics with a semi hands-on practice and make products from scratch.

Cookies Class
June 20, 2024 – 09.00-12.00

Your kids will learn how to make Sable, a butter-based cookie from France loved by all ages. We provide an original recipe from France that your child can easily make at home (with parental help for oven use), plus decoration with royal icing to make it more appealing.
Your child will also learn to make Macarons, a favorite snack sold in pastry shops at varying prices. Avoid buying macarons outside, as we will teach your child the correct technique for making macarons, with incredibly delicious flavors.

Learn to make tartlets from scratch, including making delicious pastry cream filling combined with fresh fruits. Also, make chocolate tarts from everyone’s favorite recipe ever tasted from APCA Indonesia’. Your child will also be taught how to decorate tarts to make them look even prettier.

Does your child enjoy eating pizza? Or are they interested in making their own pizza with their favorite toppings but unsure how to make the dough? In this class, your kids will learn how to make pizza dough using yeast, with two different flavor finishes. The combination of white sauce and cheese, as well as meat lovers, is everyone’s favorite.

Pasta is everyone’s favorite food, especially kids. In this class, your kids will be taught how to make their own pasta from scratch, including how to store and cook it. As a finishing touch, they will learn to make meatballs from scratch and bolognese sauce using tomatoes.
