Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts is an esteemed group of professional pastry & culinary school in Asia. Our journey started from 2010 with the flagship school in Malaysia, and now growing rapidly including in Indonesia.

Founded by MOF Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud & Chef Niklesh Sharma, We are committed in training students to become the best in the industry.
We build a strong foundation for aspiring chefs and invigorate industry practitioners with continuing study programs that help both in achieving excellence in their chosen fields of expertise.

In order to create students that are experts in the field of pastry and culinary arts, we would train our chefs so that their knowledge is up to date and follows the highest standards. This has been proven by our 3 chefs from APCA Malaysia who have won the World Pastry Championship in 2019, and our Indonesian Chef who have won the Indonesian Pastry Championship 2019.

General Requirements :
1. Minimum holding diploma degree of Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts
2. Have a passion for teaching & Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts
3. 1.5 years minimum experience
4. Excellent in organizing and planning
5. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
